We were pleased to host Federico Carraro and Dimple Sahni from BIO—Belgian Investment Company for Developing Countries—and Anthos Fund & Asset Management on a visit to three of our MSME borrowers. Through the Northern Arc Impact India Fund (NAIIF), managed by Northern Arc Investment Managers, Svakarma is grateful for the support in driving impactful growth for India’s dynamic MSME sector. During these visits, we saw firsthand the dedication of entrepreneurs working tirelessly to meet rising demand, scale production, and invest in advanced machinery.

The day concluded with a meaningful discussion with our founder, Kalpana Mazumdar, who shared how Svakarma’s innovative loan repayment structures, aligned with clients’ cash flows, are expanding access to entrepreneurs without collateral—ensuring financial inclusion for those beyond traditional banking networks. Together, we’re building resilience and a more inclusive financial landscape for India’s MSMEs.
